On-site analysis and diagnosis of your industrial protocol-oriented networks.
ISIT offers you an on-site technical analysis service, focusing on industrial protocols (CAN/CANopen, J1939, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, PROFINET, etc.), with the aim of identifying and then, if possible, resolving the malfunctions observed in your communicating systems.
The intervention is structured in 3 main stages:
1. Network and protocol analysis
- Technical analysis of how the bus or network operates in its current state
- Identification of actual network topology
- Verification of the status of peripherals on the bus or network
- Identify bottlenecks in protocol exchanges
2. Attempt at resolution
Implementation of corrective solutions within time limits and identified elements.

3. Expert report
- Analysis results and technical findings
- Conclusions and possible solutions
- Recommendations and areas for improvement, if relevant
- Troubleshooting carried out during intervention (if possible)
Focus on the ANALYSIS phase
During the analysis carried out on your sites, the ISIT expert will use widely-proven equipment and methods to gather as much information as possible, both physical and logical, about your network. Wherever possible, and depending on the findings and possible interpretations, tests or physical or software modifications may be carried out to check whether the hypotheses as to the cause of the malfunction are proven and can be rapidly corrected.
Important : For optimum efficiency, the presence of a person familiar with the system and application architecture is strongly recommended.
Equipment and tools: To carry out this service, the ISIT expert uses his own analysis and configuration tools for the bus or network concerned. This equipment is used to carry out analyses and tests on both the physical and logical levels of the network, and is the property of ISIT.
